KANYE'S LAW




Per AllHipHop:
Los Angeles county prosecutors have charged Kanye West with three criminal misdemeanors for breaking a paparazzo's camera during an altercation at the Los Angeles Airport last year.

West and his manager Don Crowley confronted a paparazzo who was taking pictures of the rapper at LAX airport on September 11th 2008 and they swiped his camera and broke it.

According to The Los Angeles Times, West has been charged with one count of vandalism, one count of grand theft and one count of battery. He faces up to two years and six months behind bars if convicted on all counts.

Crowley was charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of grand theft and two counts of battery. He faces five years in jail if convicted.
