CICI CHILLIN ON COURTSIDE

Ciara is in NY handling business in prep for the release of her cd Fantasy Ride May 5th. She must be cheesing because of the recent smash she has with Love Sex Magic, her single with Justin Timberfake (which he cowrote, coproduce, and personally made a demo for her....even assisted in directing the video). Reports say he pursued Ci at some Sony/BMG meeting and told her about a song he had for her...I guess he had a vision/fantasy of Ciara doing more pop than urban and that didn't include booty hop. The rest is history I guess. The video is #1 on itunes, mtv, vh1 and here on the PS top 5 songs. It's the #1 purchased son on the rnb/soul chart on itunes and made top 5 overall songs purchased on the main itunes charts. It's charting in other countries making top 10 in countries including Sweden, Belguim, Australia, France etc. It debuted at #65 on the world charts. All within a week of releasing the video.
