The rapper has the biggest selling digital download of all time, as "Low" has sold 3.3 million downloads since its November release; Miley Cyrus' Disney double-disc "Hannah Montana 2 (Soundtrack)/Meet Miley Cyrus" rockets 16-6 with a 137% sales boost to 61,000.
